Camarillo Skyway Playhouse has existed in one form or another since 1970, and we thank Oxnard Union High School District for our agreement with them that allowed us use of their facilities at 330 Skyway Drive in the Camarillo Airport Complex. Recently, a decision was made by OUHSD to sell the property that CSP has called home for the last 39 years. An auction is taking place next year, and CSP wishes nothing more than to remain at our current location.
We will not be selling season tickets – instead we encourage you to go to our patron page on our website at skywayplayhouse.org/patrons to learn how you can help Save Skyway. Existing season tickets have been refunded, but we hope you will come and see our upcoming shows The Crucible, Alice in Wonderland Jr., and Peter and the Starcatcher while we search for donors, sponsors, and other organizations within the City of Camarillo to help us not only finish our season but also keep our home. Please join us to help keep Camarillo Skyway Playhouse flying high for years to come.
Keep an eye on our social media accounts as well as our email newsletter for all the latest information on this campaign. And please, let the City of Camarillo and Ventura County know you support the benefits that live community theatre can provide. When you post, use this hashtag to show your support.
